About Warpix

An independent product, with direct founder support

Warpix is a bootstrapped product built by Ahmed Ehab, a technical founder based in Egypt. It is intended for English-speaking teams, including founders and product teams in the US and UK.

Ahmed helps customers set up their workspace and connect the feedback widget to their product. A developer adds the widget snippet. Trusted customer and account context uses identity details signed by your backend, with help during setup.

Why customer accounts matter

A popular request may represent several people at one company. A quieter request may affect several separate customers. Warpix keeps that account context available when your team reviews feedback, plans work, and shares updates.

Customers can submit requests, vote, and comment through the widget. Your team can review the evidence, add private notes, and connect requests to roadmap work and releases. After you enable public sharing and publish an update, customers can read it in the app and on your public Updates page.

You make the prioritization decisions. Revenue and account status provide context, rather than an automatic instruction to build a feature.
